A Bubble in Crypto terms is used to describe a rapid growth of Crypto prices followed by a sharp contraction. This surge in pricing is usually due to unfounded reasoning by traders who are simply buying because the market seems to be doing well, not because the currency is demonstrating significant reasons for growth and success. When a Bubble “pops” it signals a massive sell-off across the entire market as traders leave their positions as the situation worsens.
