Many organizations use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to retrieve passwords now to boost the security for their users. One of the tactics they use are KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentications) that ask the user a specific question that only they would know the answer to, whether that refers to their favorite color or a childhood friend.
